This is not a TAC case, you need to be discriptive about your issue :)
If you are looking for configuring IP Pool, DNS & WINS through ACS for VPN conections, then it can be configured on ACS on Group/user basis.
But if you looking for Non VPN connection then only IP Pools can be defined not DNS & WINS.
