IPSK Manager "ALERT: Installation Files are still installed."

I have updated my IPSK manager server and run the "schemeupdate-V2" script. Now when logging into the admin portal I see the message "ALERT: Installation Files are still installed.". I have run Git Clean which does not find the installation files. Does anyone have any ideas on how to clean this up?

You can manually delete 'installer.php' and 'installer.inc.php' within the adminportal directory.
