ISE 2.2 Guest Account Expiration Notice email subject customization

Hi all,

I found a post about this for ISE 1.3, but it is not helping me with ISE 2.2.

How can we customise the email Subject used for Guest Account Expiration Notice from the default: "Guest Account Expiration Notice"?

I have looked in the portal settings and the associated language files. I have found lots of email customisations for other messages, but not for the Account Expiration messages.

Is anyone able to help point me in the correct direction?

Hello

I have had a this issue too but i got help from Cisco consultant,. 

I have managed to change the subject line as follows

Resolution : Go to ISE Administrations> work center > Portal and components

Select Default Guest Type ' Contractor'

Click 'Export' the Language File

It will download the language file in Zip file  format

Open English language file as text or notepad

in the notepad file you will see the script , try navigate to word 'Subject' followed by Guest expiration noticekey

change the sentence as per your requirement it suits you and click Control 'S' for save the file right there

Import the Language file back in default Guest Type ' Contractor'

Now you can create or duplicate any replica from default Guest Type ' Contractor' 

when you will trigger email for testing the Guest Expirty Notice, the subject line would be what you have chosen earlier.
