ISE 2.2 Patch 13 no special character in SponsorPortal

Hello, past the Patch 13 on my ISE 2.2 we dont can use special character, (example ä,ö,ü, -) in usernames. Have anybody a soloution ? Norbert

I would recommend opening a tac case. Is this something that used to work fine for you before? Is there a reason why you have to use special characters?

yes its works fine befor i install Patch 13.

We need the character ,ä,ö,ü for the Usernames.

We're facing the same issue in Patch 13.
