ISE 2.2 - Posture on MAC OSX ends with a Certificate warning

Hello, 

we have some issues with the posture on MAC OSX (El Capitan) via VPN. After connecting to the VPN the posture process starts, on 10% it stuck the the red window indicating the I am connection to an untrusted server. When I enter https:// servername:8443 displayed in the warning window in my Safari browser it opens and shows we the certificate is valid. On windows everything run like a charm. 

Any ideas?
