We have recently deployed ISE v2.3. Everything is fine, but we need to schedule some reports, since the ISE administrator wants to receive periodic information about different topics (authentications, audit, failed attempts, etc)
We are able to schedule the reports, by the option that ISE gives us on the right corner ("schedule"), but we never manage it to send the report to any email. SMTP is properly configured, since Alerts and Guest User/Password are sent to any email without any issue. But we never receive reports, even though we can see them configured.
The problem is that we don't know how to troubleshoot this. There isn't an option to test the delivery. Are there any logs we can check? Or how else can we find the problem? Something must be preventing ISE to send the email.
Any help appreciated.

- Check your designated SMTP server's logs at the time the report(s) are supposed to be send; check if there's any smtp-activity seen from ISE.

Where can we find these logs?

- That depends on the type of SMTP server you are using (for ISE) ; like OS,(version,) platform,.... If it's Linux based it will probably called maillog or something similar.

In our case, we use exchange so in order to make it work, we had to define/configure in the EXCHANGE RELAY LIST all ISE PSN's servers (fdqn).
thanks
