ISE 2.6 sponsor portal incorrect redirection

Hello,

I have an issue with an ISE depoyment (2.6) not performing the appropriate redirection for sponsor portal.

Normally when accessing https://sponsor.portal.fqdn/ we are redirected to a URL containing the portal ID like https://sponsor.portal.fqdn:8443/sponsorportal/PortalSetup.action?portal=06f49c40-ad3a-11e4-ba4b-0050568059d7.

Our deployment redirects to https://sponsor.portal.fqdn/portal/ instead. There is no portal ID, therefore the result is a 404 Resource not found.

Has anyone seen this behavior or knows how to fix it ?

We would need more information about your configuration, any logs you have captured, etc. to provide meaningful help. The first place to look, though, would be to ensure that the 'friendly' FQDN is configured on the Sponsor Portal.
