Hi all,
I am trying to work out why i am not getting alerted via email when an alarm is triggered in ISE.
I have global alarm email addresses specified.
On specific alarms i have multiple email addresses. (My understanding when this is done it overrides the global configuration.
Alarms are enabled.
The triggered alarms are viewable in the dashboard.
The mail server test functions.
Is there something i have missed ? Or overlooked ?

Okay issue was resolved. The mail server was blocking the alerts from the ISE nodes. Adding the IP of ISE nodes to mail server fixed the issue.
ISE configuration and understanding was correct.
