ISE AD Sponsor Portal login

Hi All, I'm trying to enable all my AD users as sponsors in ISE. "AD_Users" is specified in "Identity source sequence" option of default Sponsor portal. But login still fails with "wrong username or password" message. "Sponsor Login and Audit" report shows login failure with "NO_SPONSOR_GROUP_MEMBERSHIP" reason. But can't find the way to add AD group into any Sponsors group. Any suggestions? Please, help.

Hi,

What ISE version do you use ?

Sponsor are not specify to "Identity source Sequence".

If you use the:

version 1.2:  go to " Administration > Web Portal Management > Sponsor Groups "

Version 1.3: go to  "Guest Access > Configure > Sponsor Groups"

I'm experiencing the same problem, except I'm running ISE 2.1.
