ISE - Authenticating Wireless Cisco Phones with Both (Login/Passwords) and MAC Address

The main purpose on my case is to link, login/password credentials to phone's MAC address

My main idea was to enter MAC address information on the First name field of the user profile.

Then i have created a condition that compares : Calling station Id to First name field (User phone's MAC address) - If equal, then the phone can connect to the network.

Problem :

When the Cisco Wireless phone authenticate, Calling Station Id do not appear on authentication fields....

Do you have a workarround?

How can I link User Credentials with his Phones MAC Address?

Why Calling station Id do not appear on this case?

Hi there! A couple of questions:

1. How is the phone configured to authenticate to the SSID?

2. Doe the username field just show up blank in ISE?

3. Are you by chance overwriting the calling station ID in your WLC?
