ISE- Cancel Backup is hung up

I noticed that I have a backup job that I cancelled and it is hung up and never finished. How do I go about getting this resolved. I have tried to force to cancel the backup through CLI but that did not work.

You can reload the primary admin node and it will clear any pending or stuck backup jobs that the CLI option can't. 

If you wish to not reload the node then you will have to get on with TAC.
