ISE design - portchannel/EtherChannel

Can Cisco ISE configured with Port Channel / EtherChannel.

Some one who have tried this?

No, unfortunately not.

ISE comes in Virtualized Packages as well. The ESX platform can be setup with port-channels which makes the link to the virtual machines redundant.

It was 3395 appliance that I would join Nexus in a Trunk

On the appliance you can't use etherchannel or trunk on the interfaces, also all service are not exposed on all interfaces, only Eth0 has all features running.
