Hello team.
I set up a Sponsored Guest Portal on a standalone ISE node. It all works fine right now, but for some reason the email that gets sent to the sponsor for guest APPROVAL/DENIAL is the default one and not the one I modified in Portals Settings and Customization --> Notifications --> Approval Request Email.
What is even weirder is that it used to send the correctly formatted email, but now after a minor cosmetic change, now the mail is the default one (I checked that the changes were correctly saved).
Any menus I should check, any limitations I should know of?

Smells as a buggy behaviour. Have you tried to reset the notification settings to their default, save, and reapply them? if not, give it a try please.

Standalone? Like a single node? Is this a lab?
What exactly is the issue? The email format template?

It was indeed that simple, I had just changed a few parameters in Guest Approval Flow and was worried it was something else, but it was just a bug. Reset, save and restore and it works. thanks.
