Hi
We recently created a Self Registered Guest Portal with sponsor approval. So far everything is working up until the sponsor approves the guest. The guest can see that the sponsor has approved via his web browser and is prompted to accept the AUP and click on "continue" for network access. After this the user is redirected to "https://www.company.com" (homepage of customer) but this page won't load. Firefox is reporting the following error: Secure Connection Failed/Connection Closed. When I look at the authentication logs in ISE I see that the user is trying to login using his mac address instead of automatically using his new credentials to login. When we disable the sponsor approval the user is able to automatically login after registration. For now we do not have the option "Auto register devices in an EIG" turned on.
Kind Regards

Hi
We are using ISE 3.0 patch 4.
I found the issue, after adding the "GuestFlow" condition in the authz policy I was able to get the automatic login working after sponsor approval.

@lfeys which version of ISE are you working on ? I would verify through a packet capture in the endpoint how the https traffic looks like , also I'd check if within the session of the endpoint there is an ACL ( default is permit any any) that may be blocking the path to that fqdn .
