Hi Community
I have a Wireless LAN running CWA mit ISE (Version 1.2.0.899).
Selfregistration is enabled for guest user. I build a new Timeprofile with 90 days for these guest accounts and attached this time Profile to the Guest Portal Policy.
But the accounts expire after 5 days.
Any Hint what is missing or where I have to adjust a default value?
Best regards
Markus

Check your "Guest Password Expiration" settings in the Guest portal policy configuration.

Guest Password Expiration is set to 999.
I made the same installation in a vmware with Version 1.2.0.899 without any patch.
It works like I configured.
Installation on a Appliance with Version 1.2.0.899 with Patch 7 is not working..
I think i will upgrade the Appliance Installation to the latest release.

Hello Markus,
I am hitting this "bug" as well. Do you have a bug number I can refer TAC to?
What "application restart" did you perform to get you going?

BugID is: CSCui82615
After creating a new time Profile I had first to restart the ISE application
application stop ise
application start ise
This worked for me.

Conditions:
Create a Time Profile (say Test-TP) with duration as one month

Please follow below
Step 1 Choose Administration > Web Portal Management > Settings > Guest > Time Profiles.
Step 3 Assign a name and description to the time profile. This name will display to sponsors when creating guest accounts.
Step 4 Choose a time zone to be used for the time restrictions.
Step 5 Choose an account type and duration.
Step 6 Enter the day of the week and “from” and “to” times for the restriction times to prevent guest users from accessing the network or to log them off during these times.
Step 7 Click the settings icon to add additional restrictions.
Check the Time zone and system time
