Solved: ISE hotspot Information Collection

Hello Experts,

I configured ISE/WLC as per these post:

Problem1: No internet access even after authentication, basically its looping back to main Guets portal.

1. Guest Connect to SSID and redirected to ISE Guest portal - Working

2. he/she enter the required info and then comes the AUP page. - working

3. Accept the AUP and should access to internet - After accepting AUP, its redirecting to Main registration page. Not Working

Problem2: I also want to insert a checkbox for newsletter subscription on Guest portal.- How can i do it ? any example code!!!

Not sure how you setup your Authz rules but try this guide to verify your setup.

I used this guide to create policies. But still failing...

So Client just Hitting the WLAN GUEST CWA rule not the upper one to get the internet!!!!

I dont know how your authz profiles are setup but try for now to stick with a single condition , so just use 'GuestEndpoints' as your conditition.

Regarding creating a checkbox I will refer you to my colleague who may be able to assist on that .

Please verify whether CoA succeeded and whether the endpoint is in GuestEndpoints group.
