Our ISE has recently encountered a problem. The number of license uses of ISE far exceeds the number of active endpoints, and the number of license uses per day is increasing. Is there any way to solve this problem?

The active endpoints count at ISE dashboard is based on the info in ISE Context Visibility. Check the "Current Active Sessions" report for the last 5 days instead.

Cisco ISE relies on RADIUS accounting functions to track concurrent endpoints on the network and generates an alarm when the endpoint count of the previous day exceeded the amount of licenses.
It looks like the Accounting stop is not reaching the ISE to remove the sessions. Also note that ISE keeps the sessions for 5 days without any accounting update.
