ISE local device administrators

I have created local users on ISE for device administration.

Do I need to change their password at regular interval ?

If yes , what is the default interval ?

And how can I change that default password expiration interval?

Administration->Identity Management->Settings->User Authentication Settings has everything you need.  I usually disable password expiry on local accounts.
