We're currently deploying ISE across our network and have integrated Meraki devices. We've encountered an issue where Meraki APs are obtaining IP addresses via DHCP. In the meantime, we are setting the APs to use Static IPs but I do have a question on ISE devices.
Can ISE update the assets via Serial Numbers, Management Subnet like 10.0.0.0/24 for the APs or discover the devices via API to the Meraki Dashboard?

You can configure a subnet for the Network Device and all devices in that subnet would be able to send RADIUS/TACACS+ requests to ISE. The downside is that the entire group of devices would show up a single Network Device in ISE, so you would lose a lot of visibility in the logging.
A better solution would be to use DHCP reservations for the APs so the IP addresses do not change.
ISE cannot reference Network Devices via Serial Number nor can it discover devices from external systems.
