ISE offline feed update

Hi Team,

I am facing issues with offline Feed update - I cannot proceed, because of error saying there is another update already running. The issue persists after reload of the ISE.

Do you know what kind of process can block Feed update process?

I tried to stop/start and even reload... nothing worked.

Hi @fa200d ,

 In Administration > Feed Service > Profiler, double check:

1. Online Subscription Uptade tab

 a. Enable Online Subscription Update

 b. Test Feed Service Connection

 c. Go to Update Report Page (to check the last update)

2. Offline Manual Uptade tab

 a. check the Latest Update

thanks a lot for the help!

I think activating the online subscription update somehow triggered the feed profiler update services and it finally allowed the offline update process to start without the error.
