I am getting the following error on our weekly configuration backups:
ISE INDEXING ENGINE BACKUP FAILED : Errors in ADE.log. Backup terminated
When viewing the ADE.log, I find the following associated errors:

2022-09-24T00:03:10.977412-04:00 ISE01DL root: info:[backup-restore:backup:isecfgbackup.sh] curl: (7) Failed connect to localhost:9200; Connection refused
When looking through community posts regarding a similar error, it shows a possible workaround using the application config ise command and executing [20] Reset Context Visibility. The result of this fails.
We are running PIC version 2.7.0.356, patch 6. This is not a full ISE build.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
