ISE Portal Builder Problems - Redirect

I have created a portal with the portal builder tool.  The problem I am having is with the auto redirect.  I created a self-registration portal.  When you connect it either takes an extremely long time to load or doesn't load at all.  I do not have this issue with the prebuilt portals built into ISE.  Running ISE 2.6 Patch 2.

I have also encountered similar issues when attempting to build & utilize my own portal. I opened a ticket with TAC and they directed me to go here https://isepb.cisco.com/#/blog/contact-us and contact external help. FYSA I am running ISE 2.4p9.

Thanks for the response.  I think the PB is an awesome tool but it is limited and you have to basically get everything right in the PB as you really cannot change it once you import it.  The only other issue I am having is the AUP.  I have tried to put our verbiage in the PB and even modify it once it has been imported but it wants to use the defaults.
