ISE rehost Tacacs license from 2.0 to 2.6

Can we rehost a Tacacs license from a 2.0 version to a 2.6 version server ?

Yes - there is no reliance on ISE sub version numbering when creating licenses or re-hosting them.

Ok, you don't need to upgrade the box from 2.0 to 2.4 to cliam the new license model of tacacs+? 
just change the license from PAK to Smart account?

If you have the old TACACS SKU on your system today, then it will entitle you to 50 PSN's. 

One ISE 2.4 that same SKU was grandfathered to also allow Device Admin on 50 PSN's (whether in Traditional or Smart License mode)

The new ISE 2.4 SKU looks different and you will spot it right away because it's a smaller quantity (e.g. 2 or 4 PSN's generally)
