ISE to change Voice VLAN for phone

I have a customer that wants to use ISE to change their IP phones Voice VLAN with the same authentication that changes the PC Data VLAN that is attached off the phone.  one authentication to change a Voice VLAN and a Data VLAN at same time.  Can this be done with RADIUS attributes, Auto Smartports, MAB, or any combination of these?  customer runs Cisco switches, ISE 2.1, and AC 4.x... but runs Avaya IP phones.

Usually IP phones and data devices connect behind the IP phones have separate authentication sessions and ISE will pass down one VLAN assignment per session.

In case your customer really need both VOICE and DATA VLANs assigned when an IP phone authenticated, they might experience it with auto-smartport macro.
