ISE Web Auth Expiry

Hi Team,

There is a 1 day (86400) time-out for web authentication (e.g. browser based logins via guest users). The customer would like to remove the timeout altogether, or at least make it substantially longer.

The customer engaged TAC who simply said "not supported" and the customer ( a large managed services customer) is still pushing for a response beyond TAC.

Any inputs here?

Regards,

Anshul

Need more information. Are you talking about remembering the guest endpoint? This is called remember me.

There is no web auth expiry of 1 day for web logins. Nothing as a timer exists. Be nice to know the tac person that directed them?

Perhaps they have a 1 day purge endpoint policy

See this guide and read section about remember me
