Hi
Can someone explain the difference between the Cisco support offerings for a Virtual ISE (R-ISE-VMC-K9=) I'm about to purchase
I've seen both of these options below across various websites (including the Cisco Community posts), each stating they cover TAC support and software releases for upgrades.
SVS-ISE-SUP-S
CON-ECMU-RISE9KVM
I need to ensure I have TAC support and be able to upgrade to new ISE releases for security patching
Which do I need, and what is the difference?
Thanks

It's a bit of a mystery to me too - I'd ask my favourite partner/distributer rep, or Cisco SE/AM.
Perhaps some information on this page too?

For ISE support there are 4 options that use the SVS-ISE-SUP-<level> SKU
Basic support provides access to TAC and software releases. So if that is all you want SVS-ISE-SUP-B should be the support SKU needed.
The other options provide different benefits found in this article:

More info on the licensing can be found here too:

Thanks for info
I came across the SUP levels before, but also the CON-ECMU-RISE9KVM, which seems to offer TAC and product updates itself. I'll reach out to our Cisco Account Manager also.
