Problem solved!!
Here's a helpful tip for anyone in same unfortunate position:
Check regedit and modify:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CISCO\CISCOAAAV3.0\CSADMIN\CONFIG
Modify for the following:
Start Port: 1024
End Port: 65535
Close Regedit and stop/restart CSAdmin.
Administration Sessions should now be granted!!
