No. For logging things like the Radius attributes ACS simply logs what the NAS sends it, and I don't know of any way to get a Cisco device to send hostnames instead of IP addresses in attributes. Some other vendors may do this, in which case ACS should log it fine.
For logging of the actual NAS IP address ACS will always just log the IP address as far as I know.
