NAC agent not popping up for wireless (pops up after connecting to LAN)

i am seeing this difference in behavior on wired vs wireless.  anyone know what could be causing this?

user logs on to the local windows account.  user plugs in the network cable (wifi off), nac agent pops up asking for credentials.

user logs on to the local windows account.  user connects to a wifi network (LAN unplugged), nac agent doesn't pop up.

In both cases, I do see on the nac manager that user pass the posture assessment and got on to the corporate vlan.

Shouldn't the NAC agent pop up for wireless as well?

Does it show the user as compliant when the associate?

If so, how long are you waiting before you connect? If the aaa session is the same as when client first postuered om the wireless network, you may need clear the client or wait till the client entry is timed out. This should generate a new aaa session id and then ise will pop the agent.
