NAC-OOB ADSSO FAILS TO START

hello experts

i want to use active directoy as external database to authenticate users in the NAC but

am facing the problem of connect active directory with cam the adsso service cannot be started

attached is the message obtained from the cas log files

2013-11-04 07:51:17.711 +0300 ERROR com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.adsso.GSSServer               - Unable to start server ... Receive timed out
2013-11-04 07:51:17.728 +0300 INFO  com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.adsso.GSSServer               - Notifying GSSServer status Stopped
2013-11-04 07:51:17.728 +0300 INFO  com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.adsso.GSSServer               - server is exiting .

what can I do so that the service can start
