Node level license for individual PSN in a distributed deployment ?

I understand that apart from Device Admin license we don't need any other other license (base/plus/apex) per service node in a ISE 2.4 distributed deployment. However, I want to double confirm whther we need any kind of extra license while adding few new PSN nodes in an existing distributed deployment ?

If you are adding a new ISE VM, then you are supposed to have at least 1 VM node license per node in the deployment. These come in three sizes as of 2.4. If you are buying a SNS physical appliance then you do not need a VM license for it.
R-ISE-VMS-K9= - Small 16/32 GB memory
R-ISE-VMM-K9= - Medium 64/96 GB
R-ISE-VML-K9= - Large 256 GB

As you indicated, you do not need to order separate base/plus/apex, these are pooled for all nodes in the deployment. If you are using smart licensing, you can use these across multiple deployments such as a lab and production.
