Hey,

Which ACS 5 version are you upgrading to?

Could you share the migration.log file?

Hi Guys, sorry for delay.

I´m migrating for version 5.5 and my 4.2 is a large database.

The migration.log is attached. I can see the error below:

06-01-2014 21:46:28 UserExporter.checkValid(UserExporter.java:233) INFO - Detected as external authenticated user. Password reset to preference setting. : 93825082

Any ideas for help me ?

Thanks.

Hey,

06-01-2014 21:46:28 UserExporter.checkValid(UserExporter.java:233) INFO - Detected as external authenticated user. Password reset to preference setting. : 93825082

This is because users with an external password are migrated but a dummy password is migrated over.

You will need to change the password type to whatever DB you want later after migration.

Any idea ?

Thanks a Lot.

When you run the 1 - ALLObjects or 3 - AllDevicesObjects, could you collect the migration.log again and attach it?

Hi ED, the log is attached.

Thanks a Lot.

I performed new tests and the error on log now is:

Is a generic message which is of no use.

Should not be a show stopper, it should still let you know migrate.

Do you still get this:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "
32"
        at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(Unknown Source)
        at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Unknown Source)
