Hi,
The ASA can function as a proxy for HTTP, HTTPS, FTP connections.
For example, the ASA can redirect this traffic to a third-party websense or SmartFilter URL server.
Is this what you're looking for?

Check if this documentation helps you get started:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa82/configuration/guide/access_filter.html#wp1045692
Remember that in order for the ASA to redirect this traffic to an external server, this server should be either a websense or smartfilter.
