Redirect dACL doesn't work

Hi guys,

I apply some dACL that need to redirect unauthorized machine to "self-registered guest portal"

I can see that my dACL applied successfully on the switch port (c3750 interface Fa2/0/8) but it doesn't redirect the machine to the portal

Any suggestion?

Look at ip http server requirement and SVI information
