RSA authentication for vpn client

I configured my ASA to authenticate vpn client connections via an RSA server. The user is prompted for a username and passcode (pin plus number generated on fob). This works. I have been asked to have the user prompted for username, password and passcode....is this possible and how/where do I set this up?
