Services Fail on ACS 4.0.1 on ESXi

I am having problems with my ACS servivces failing to start properly after the OS is rebooted. The server is a VM on ESXi. The services also have problems starting after one fails on the reboot.

VMware ESX support has started from ACS ver 4.1.1.

ACS v4.0.1 is not supported on ESXi server. Let me know if that has answered your concern.
