I have a two nodes cluster ISE 3.2 patch-5: node 1 is ISE-PAN-PSN and node 2 is ISE-SEC-PSN and both nodes also function as PSN. For the past few days, I received the following emails that the smart licensing renew success but it is being sent from the ISE-SEC-PSN node. Why? I thought the ISE-PAN-PSN is the primary node and that is its function. ISE-PAN-PSN is the primary and ISE-SEC-PSN is the Secondary. See the email below:
Alarm Name :

The Secondary PAN also has to be licensed in case of failover scenarios. If the cluster is registered to the smart licensing account after the Secondary PAN is joined, it should automatically be licensed. If the license registration is done on the Primary PAN prior to the Secondary PAN join, I don't believe that automatic registration happens. You will likely need to try renewing the license registration or de-register and register it again.
I might be mistaken, but I believe the Secondary PAN should also show up under the UDI Details when it is registered.

@Greg Gibbs: the cluster is registered to the smart licensing account AFTER the Secondary PAN is joined.
Prior to this week, I always receive the email from the Primary PAN with: Sent By Host : ISE-PAN-PSN
Anymore thoughts about the issue I am experiencing?

Hi
Some days ago on my cluster 3.1 patch 9 it startet with same alarm, repeating every 75 minutes.
The "renew Registration" button (Administration - System - Licensing would take this action:
""This forces a certificate refresh. A certificate is typically valid for a year and is normally auto-refreshed every six months.""
So this action should take place everx six months, not 75 minutes.
No idea how to correct.
