Hello to all the community, I am a student in India who has just started the course of cisco, I would like to know what is the security problem that the tacacs + protocol has solved during the last two years, I have to make a presentation on 3 case of security problems solved by tacacs + , but I'm already blocked just by looking for this case, I inquired on the internet but I didn't have any particular cases, that's where I turn to the specialists

I just finished reading and re-reading the link you sent me, even though I didn't find the answer I was looking for i.e. a few cases of security issues solved by tacacs + over the past two years, your link will still help me as I progress with the cisco course and thank you for your suggestion

i won't be able to guide on that since security fixes will be all the time improving based in the threat rapidly increasing in the segment -  most of the RFC is the same some may be improved depending on deployments.

i would check RFC and changes.
