Thanks Saurav,

But my concern is from 4.2 to 4.3 NOT 5.x, is there some way ?

There is no version called ACS 4.3.

Also, ACS 4.2 is end of sale now.

Eventually you have to migrate to ACS 5.x as it will be end of support on Oct 31, 2014.

I've added a post to migrate from 4.2 to 5.3, check in case you might have any future plans.

ACS 5.x configuration and architecture are different from the ACS 4.x, your best. Moving from 4.x to 5.x process is called migration. This is unlike ususal upgrade. In short you would require a Windows Server that will be used as a migration machine and it should not be in production.

Installation, Upgrade, and Migration Scenarios

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.3/installation/guide/csacs_pref.html#wp1032974

Perform migration of data from ACS 4.2 to ACS 5.3 according to the instructions provided in the ACS 5.3 Migration Guide

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.3/migration/guide/Migration_overview_oper.html

The file that you need to install ACS 5.3:

ACS 5.3.0.40 FCS OFFICIAL VERSION

ACS_v5.3.0.40.iso- Filename

NOTE: Please ensure you run the migration utility install as an administrator locally connected to the server and not via RDP. It doesn't support migration.
