Upgrade Bundle download failed: Cisco ISE 3.2

During the Cisco ISE upgrade process, the following error appears: 

Current version: Cisco ISE 3.2 Patch 6

Upgrade Bundle download failed: Be sure that all your software is working stable, check your system on UI page (Administration > System > Health Checks) Type yes once confirmed that health of the system is good to proceed: (yes/no) [yes] ? % Local file not found Application upgrade preparation Failed

                                  the latter is incomplete , please verify

Did your health checks pass? But yeah something wrong with your repository configuration. Also, it's best practice to install the latest patch of your current release before upgrading.

Test your repo connection on ALL the nodes - in an upgrade, the Sec PAN goes first - start testing there

show repo  XYZ

If you are using SFTP, then perhaps the crypto keys are missing from the nodes - these keys must be added on ALL the nodes individually.
