Upgrade from 3.0 P8 to 3.3 P3

Hey team 

was going to try to upgare the ISE from 3.0 patch 8 to 3.3 Patch 3 (recommenden) 

I go for the URT upgrade, but i get stuck on trying to get the file in to the ISE

the file is there i even tried to remove the "/ISE/"

Tried ftp

EDIT 1: I can see in my firewall logs 

and also i went in to the GUI and tried the upgrade to see if it could see the files from the repo

that part is showing a old repo but can access the repo that is the ftp/sftp above.

You don't copy the URT bundle the Standby MNT - you have to install it

application install <name of bundle> <repo>

application remove urt

application install ise-urtbundle-3.3.0.430a-1.0.0.SPA.x86_64.tar.gz FTP

And i am off.
