Hello Community,
i have some troubles about my VG202XM as dot1x supplicant. I have found some informations to configure a normal router as a dot1x supplicant. But this commands are not work.
The tested way was:
en
conf t
dot1x credentials test
username test1
password test2
exit
interface fa 0/1
dot1x pae supplicant
Command rejected: Dot1x is not supported.
Dot1x is supported only on Ethernet interfaces configured in Access, Routed or Private-vlan Host Mode.
I can not type "switchport mode access" because it is a router not a layer 3 switch. I had add on this interface a ip address but there was the some message. I have no idea ....
ip routing <- is set
