I'm using Cisco ISE version 2.7 patch 10 for wireless authentication only. I have installed base license 5000 but I found the license usage was hitting 8000+ and will exceed the grace period 90 days soon. What will happened after exceeding the grace period date?

Regular purchased Base licenses have no expiration date. if you have Base licenses that are expiring, then it might be that they were provided to you as part of some emergency TAC case?
You're allowed to exceed your Base license utilisation for up to 45 days over a 60 day monitoring window. Once you violate that, you will be locked out of the ISE GUI, and you will be asked to supply more licenses. ISE will not stop operating, but operating ISE will become impossible until licenses are fixed.
