wireless disconnects after guest self registration

hello guys, kindly assist me in this, I have configured guest self registration on the ISE 1.3, for guests access through wireless. But after the guest has finished to self register and login, the wireless disconnects. I am new to ISE and cisco devices any one who have experienced this while working with ISE 1.3 and Wireless LAN controller

Are you trying to change vlans when the guest has logged in ?

No,the guest was supposed to be given access to the internet after successful login but unfortunately the wireless disconnects automatically

What logs are you seeing in ISE regarding the guest login ?
