1720 works then 15 mins later dies

i have a 1720 hooked up to my Cable modem (comcast) i pull an ip address and have NAT configured right everything works but then it just starts to go really slow and then it just dies out i cant ping anything modem is fine but it honestly doesnt make any sense, any ?'s let me know

once u r getting drops try to get on the console and chek up ur cpu and memory utilisation.

pls do post out the o/p of show process cpu and show process mem.
