2960S-48FPS-L as unknown in DFM 3.1

Hi

I am facinf issue with LMS DFM module where i can't see the particulat model switch and it seems unknown

What  can b the issue.

Any point to strat the dgnosis is appreciated.

You need to be in DFM 3.1.3 at least, have Device Updates 5.0 and device should be running 12.2(50)SE or higher.  You can download the DFM device packages from this link.  This information can be acquired using this link.
