i have a 3650 switch that reloaded by itself and checking show ver is giving this
System returned to ROM by Critical process fed fault on fp_0_0 (rc=139) at 08:04:57 KWI Sat May 22 2021
Last reload reason: Critical process fed fault on fp_0_0 (rc=139)
checking cisco.com is showing this is related to a bug with private vlan but i dont have any?

Not necessary some time you need to use that features, cisco suggested version for upgrade : (if you are using that version or try to use stable Gold version)

Hello,
there is another bug related to havinv 'ip nbar protocol-discovery' configured on trunk ports.
Maybe we can spot something in your config...post the output of 'sh run'...

Do you have any syslog send log message, i would setup one until they go stable and working as expected.
if nothing show in the bug your configuraiton, then raise an TAC case for you to investigate (if this is effecting network).

Post the complete output to the following commands:
1. sh version
2. sh switch details
3. dir flash:
4. dir flash:/core
5. dir crashinfo:

Raise a TAC Case. The crash looks like CSCvu35094 or CSCvu84365.

I'm not sure the switch is covered by tac , so there isn't any fix for this? I'm thinking only way is to upgrade the switch as an attempt to fix it?

Upgrade to either the latest 16.6.X or 16.9.X but avoid 16.12.X.

well, I'm already at 16.12.5 should I upgrade to 16.12.6?
