First step is a visual inspection to determine if this is a false alarm or not.

Hello Leo,

yes i have asked onsite engineer to visit the site and check the power cables.

i will post here the results

Regards

Piyush

 - Basically what should be checked is the green power led indicator on both power supplies  of the switch.

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

thank you, I will ask the person onsite to confirm that.
