3750 on Management Server show "RPS NotExist state:notFunctioning"

My 3750 on Management Server show as below

        .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.1034      ==>  1  (NORMAL)

        .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.1050      ==>  6  (NOTFUNCTIONING)

        .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.2034      ==>  1  (NORMAL)

        .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5.1.3.2049      ==>  1  (NORMAL)

but "show env power all"

    all power supply is ok and good.

 anyone know the problem??  it will be the hardware problem or software ??
