3750x switch isse

I have installed ciscoworks lms 3.2 on windows server 2003 R2 Enterprise edition. I am trying to add WS-C3750X-48P switch stack in LMS 3.2 through common services>Device Management. The device is showing in questionmark.

If i run device and credential verification job for the same device it will show job status is running for long time.

SNMPV3 is configured in 3750x switch

Installed Ciscoworks Common Services is 3.3.0

Need assistance for the same.

Have you updated your LMS device package version for the 3570 switches to 13.0 as required per this document?

If so, please also verify (via snmpwalk) that the target device OID matches the supported device OID. That is a prerequisite for the published supported features to work. You can also use the snmpwalk tool (from the command line) to confirm that the credentials you are using are valid on the target device.
